  • Hello and welcome to my website! I am Eléonore, a Professional Coach, certified by the International Coaching Institute (ICI) in Geneva. I specialise in career development and transition coaching for teenagers, young graduates and experienced professionals. My aim is to help you move on from uncertainty about your present situation to having a clear vision for your career or an academic project that is absolutely right for you.

I also use the latest neurosciences research to transmit simple yet efficient tools that can be used throughout your life. I offer my services in French and English.

Ambition

Developing my business, spending time with my kids during the week, feeling more relaxed in my daily life: this is what I want, and what I am ambitious for today. 

But what defines my ambition hasn't always been the same. It has evolved throughout my career journey. 
 
What, for whom, and why do you want to be ambitious today? What makes you get up in the morning? In a coaching cycle, we explore your priorities and aspirations, how to accept them and define which strategies to implement to respect them. 

Intuition

My career has been shaped by amazing experiences, people I’ve met, risks I took, failures I've experienced, but most importantly, by my intuition. 

No matter what the challenges or stakes were, following my intuition has always been the driving force behind all the important career and life decisions I’ve made.

My story

Today, I’m a proud and happy coach. I love my job because it is perfectly aligned with my skills, vision, needs and values. I love meeting new clients, discovering their background, understanding their motivations to change, and guiding them towards a career that is right for them. 

Prior to becoming a coach, I had a 12-year international career across several sectors (diplomacy, NGO and finance) and studied and worked in many countries (Austria, Switzerland, UK, Malaysia, Burundi, Luxembourg). During this exciting time of my life, I experienced different ways of working, met wonderful people from diverse backgrounds and had to constantly adapt to new circumstances. It taught me to always keep an open mind when considering career options. Becoming a mum in 2015 also started to shift my perspective of what a career should bring me: purpose, joy, flexibility.

But it took a while to get to where I am and how I feel today. The few years I spent working in the financial sector were particularly challenging. I was not in the right place and was losing the energy and motivation I once had.

It took time, self-refection and the help of a coach for me to reconnect with my dreams: namely to have a positive impact on people's lives and build my own business. Being coached helped me address my own fears, define my own idea of success and take action towards a career that makes me positive, energetic and engaged.

I believe that everyone deserves a career that brings them a sense of purpose, confidence and pride.

  • I am a Professional Coach, certified by the Institut de Coaching International (2022). I hold a certification in neurosciences and neuro-linguistic programming. I graduated from UCL in 2010 (BA European Studies) and from SOAS in 2012 (MA International Studies & Diplomacy).
  • I am married and a mum of 3.
  • I feel at home in London (where I lived 15 years),
    Vienna (2 years) and Luxembourg, where I am based since 2017.
  • I had a 12-year career in the diplomatic, NGO and financial sectors prior to becoming a coach.
  • I love (in no specific order): chocolate, dancing, philosophy, Brittany, travels, geopolitics, reading and hiking.
